It was a great party

Graduation is one of the most memorable phase of anyone's life. But my graduation studies were more of a dilettante kind to say at the least. And I expected the same to happen at the farewell(Gosh !! my 4 years ended so soon). Being the first batch to pass out of the college our farwell function would be the yardstick for the farewell functions in the coming years.

Our principle strictly passed a caveat that the farewell cant be held in the ac halls of a hotel fearing that the boozers might wreak havoc. So we had to be contented with the drab surroundings once again (hopefully the last one). The function (if i can say so !!)held on march 29th went into full swing at 7 p.m. Our principle went on a didactic homily for half-an hour- sometimes i feel i can say what he wants to say- and then the staff took over. So far so bad.

But as the proceedings unfolded i was amazed at the show scripted by our juniors. The aparachitudu skit was mind blowing and hillarious. The grub was tasty.
The specially made cd really touched a chord of my heart. The background for each peron while receiving mementos was gr8. I had the takkari donga theme(thank u "dj" ravi). The well choreographed songs made even my leg shake a bit. This whole revelry went on till 12:30.

In short, wat i thought to be atmost a risque affair turned out to be a fabulous show. And thanks to this function i got a new shirt.

P.S: When i started this blog i never wanted it to be me,myself and my blog. But the gestures of my juniors made me write this piece. So if anyone apart from me who is interested in reading my blog wait for a few days.
